MEET OUR DENTIST

Izzy Korobkin DMD is a general dentist with special training in implants, root canal therapy, and TMJ pain relief (the temporomandibular joints, the hinges that connect the lower jaw to the upper near the ears, which frequently get out of place). Dr. Izzy graduated from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine with honors and completed further training in advanced procedures at St. Barnabas Hospital general practice residency in New York. 

Before moving to Florida with his family, Dr. Izzy also served as a clinical instructor with White Memorial Craniofacial Pain Clinic focusing on facial pain and TMJ disorders. 

MEET OUR SPECIALIST PERIODONTIST

Dr. Al-Joburi completed a three-year program with a periodontic certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He was the Associate Professor and head of the Division of Periodontics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada from 1984-1989. He served as co-chairman of the Broward Dental Research Clinic's Periodontal Division. Dr. Al-Joburi has several articles published in dental journals and made numerous presentations at local, national and international meetings. He is a longtime member of the American Dental Association, the Atlantic Dental Association and is a fellow of the Academy of Periodontology.
